Only red causes death
Simple project created during the GMTK Game Jam 2019. This is my first game. The goal is to avoid areas containing the red component (red, yellow, magenta, white) because only red causes death. Choose the pattern carefully because some cannot be completed.
If chance is with you, you might hear a known musical theme:-)
Inspired by the NTSC test pattern.

FOUND USING RANMDOMIZER
Very interesting concept, nice use of colours as well. As Rob mentioned, I think adding a way to make each level beatable is a good idea. Also, letting you retry the same level would be appreciated. Keep at it! :)
I had trouble figuring out why I kept losing though even though I didn't touch anything red. Granted, I didn't read the instructions haha. I'd suggest is that pressing 'restart' puts you in a new game, rather than straight to the start menu. Also, try seeing about making sure each game is winnable. Kinda frustrating when you can't win because of RNG. Overall; I like the idea, the minimalistic approach, and the sound. All solid. Just add some quality of life improvements. :)
